HRT asks for input to improve public outreach

Hampton Roads Transit is asking riders to help it improve the way you’re informed about services.

There’s a link on the HRT Website and officials say feedback will help officials develop the organization’s new Public Participation Plan.

Once the survey is completed, HRT will post the draft plan online after September 17.

Meantime, HRT is running other surveys through August 31 at several locations as well as on the ferry, light rail, and bus routes.
