HRT racks up six Telly Awards

Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) is proud to announce that it is the recipient of four Silver and two Bronze Telly awards in the 30th Annual Telly Awards competition.

The agency was honored with two Silver Tellys in the categories of Videography and Cinematography for each of its two “MAX Oasis” commercials, which introduced HRT’s new Metro Area Express (MAX) service. Each commercial also received two Bronze awards, one for Public Service and another for Special Effects.

Founded in 1978, the Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding local, regional and cable television commercials and programs, the finest video and film productions, and online film and video. The Telly Awards annually showcases the best work of the most respected agencies across the globe. The “MAX Oasis” commercials were chosen over 14,000 entries submitted from all 50 states and various countries worldwide.
