MOS 1 - Newport News at City Hall to Denbigh Boulevard
MOS 1 would be located totally within the city of Newport News. The southern end of the MOS would be located the City Hall Station at Washington Avenue and 25th Street in downtown Newport News and would extend to the Denbigh Boulevard Station at Denbigh Boulevard and the CSX Railroad on the north.

MOS 2 - Newport News Southeast Community via City Hall to Denbigh Boulevard
MOS 2 would be located totally within the city of Newport News. The southern end of the MOS would be located at Chestnut Avenue in the southeast quadrant of the city and would cross to the City Hall Station at Washington Avenue and 25th Street in downtown Newport News. The MOS would then extend to the Denbigh Boulevard Station at Denbigh Boulevard and the CSX Railroad on the north.

MOS 3 - Newport News at City Hall to Ft. Eustis Boulevard
MOS 3 would be located totally within the city of Newport News. The southern end of the MOS would be located the City Hall Station at Washington Avenue and 25th Street in downtown Newport News and would extend to the Ft. Eustis Station at Ft. Eustis Boulevard and the CSX Railroad on the north.

MOS 4 -Coliseum to Newport News at City Hall
MOS 5 - Newport News at City Hall to Middle Ground Boulevard
MOS 5 would be located entirely within the city of Newport News. The southern end of the MOS would be located the City Hall Station at Washington Avenue and 25th Street in downtown Newport News and would extend to the Middle Ground Boulevard Station at Middle Ground Boulevard and the CSX Railroad on the north.
