Beginning in February 2010 Hampton Roads Customer Service will offer the Half Fare ID card for seniors and persons with disabilities at the Suffolk Department of Human and Health Services at 135 Hall Avenue, Suite B from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the first Monday of each month only. An HRT Customer Service representative will be available to process the ID cards and assist with any other questions regarding HRT services. The Half Fare ID card application can be picked up at the Suffolk Department of Human and Health Services receptionist desk or contact a Suffolk Social Services representative.
